대설산식물 -진달래과 고요라쿠철쭉 Menziesia pentandra Maxim

작년에는 급하게 따라 오르느라고 올라 갈 때 못 보고 내려올 때 한 그루 를 살폈던 녀석이다

꽃이 작아서 슬쩍 지나쳐 버리면 꽃이 달린 줄도 모른다.슬렁슬렁 오르며 등산로 좌우를 살피니 엄청 많다.

 

고요쿠라철쭉 コヨウラクツツジ 으로 불리는 이 녀석은 잎 양면과 잎자루, 꽃자루에 털이 엄청 많은 털보이다. 

큐에서는 Menziesia pentandrum(Maxim) Craven 을 정명으로   Menziesia pentandra Maxim을 이명으로 정리해 두었다.

 

원산지는 일본의 사할린으로 북쪽의 추운 온대에서 아한대까지 자라는 낙엽 관목이다.

 

조금 더 위쪽에서 만난 새잎도 아주 어린 모습이다
