천안서 일주일간 교육을 마치고 돌아오는 길을 국도를 선택하였다.
돌아오는 길에 오랜만에 이 녀석 안부를 물어보고 싶어서.
이른 점심 메뉴로 국수 한 그릇을 게눈 감추듯이 처리하고 국도를 따라 느긋하게 달렸다.
좌우를 살피면서 혹시나 눈길을 끄는 녀석이 있나 두리번거렸지만 이 고갯마루까지 오는 동안 한 번도 차를 멈출 기회가 없었다.
오래 전 점 찍어 두고 찾곤 하는 고갯길 자리에 차를 멈추었다.
녀석이 이제 개화를 시작하고 있다. 아마도 10일 정도는 풍성하게 꽃을 피워줄 것 같다.
