대설산식물 - 노랑만병초(진달래과) Rhododendron aureum Georgi

2011년 백두산 북백두에서 서백두까지 종주할 때 만났던 노랑만병초 군락은 정말 잊을 수가 없는데
대설산의 정상 아래 눈밭 초지에 좌악 깔려있는 노랑만만병초 군락도 정말 장관이었다.
시베리아에서 러시아 극동과 한국, 북일본 및 중부까지 분포한다.
