설악산, 가야산, 제주도에서만 봤는데 여기도 높긴 높나 보다.
헌데 다 져버리고 시들시들한 몇 송이가 겨우 늘어져 있었다. 잎에 털이 무척 많고 꽃 안쪽과 꽃술 기부에도 털이 있다.
꽃은 잎보다 먼저 피고 가지끝의 측아에서 1개씩 나오지만 2-5개가 모여 달리기도 하며 화관은 벌어진 깔때기모양이고 지름 3-4.5cm로서
자홍색 또는 연한 홍색이며 겉에 잔털이 있다. 수술은 10개로서
수술대 기부에 털이 있고
암술대가 수술보다 길다.
표면에 인편이 약간 있고 뒷면에 인편이 밀생하며 잎에 털이 있다. 엽병은 길이 6-10mm이다.
