주목은 암수딴그루다. 열매가 달리는 나무가 따로 있다.
학교 마당의 나무는 수그루라서 꽃은 많이 피는데 정작 빨간 열매는 구경조차 하지 못한다.
작년 초겨울 댐 부근에 조경된 주목나무에서 열매를 담았었는데 퇴근하면서 암꽃을 담으러 갔다.
헌데 어느 나무가 암나무인지 표시를 해 두지 않아서 기억이 가물하다.
떨어지지 않고 말라붙은 열매를 발견하여 암그루는 확인했는데 꽃이 안 보인다...
도eo체 암꽃은 어케 생겼나 하여 검색해 보니 핀 듯 만 듯 지나간단다. 다시 가서 들여다 봐야겠다.
암꽃 : 암꽃은 10개의 인편으로 싸여 있다.수꽃 : 수꽃은 6개의 인편으로 싸여 있고 8-10개의 수술과 8개의 꽃밥이 있다.
작년 초겨울에 담은 암그루 꽃(잎)눈이다. (2009. 12. 12.) 인편을 들따 볼려니 카메라 능력이 안된다. 에혀!
봄까지 떨어지지 않고 말라붙은 열매다. 크~! 촛점이 맞지 않다.

요건 학교 마당 수그루의 꽃눈이다. (2009. 12. 12.) 암꽃 꽃눈 보다 더 통통하다.
2010. 4. 16. 댐. 크롭한 것.
꽃모양을 한 것이 수술대 끝의 꽃밥으로 꽃 하나에 꽃모양의 수술이 8~10개 정도로 구성되어 있고
하나의 꽃 모양의 수술에 꽃밥 방이 8개 라고 한다.
