방기(새모래덩굴과 방기속) Sinomenium acutum (Thunb.) Rehder & E.H.Wilson

전남지역 섬에서 방기 덩굴에 감탄한 적은 있지만

제주도에서 방기를 만난 건 처음이다.

 

시기마다 피는 인기 있는 꽃을 중심으로 찾아다니다 보니

숲이나 곶자왈을 무턱대고 탐사할 기회가 없었기 때문이다.

 

이 녀석도 다른 한 녀석 때문에 이 곶자왈에 들렀었는데 

이 시기에는 특별하게 매력 있는 꽃이 피지 않으니 제주의 꽃동무들도 처음 온다는 분도 있었다.

 

다른 녀석을 열심히 담다가 함께 엉겨 있는 커다란 새모래덩굴 같은 잎이 눈에 띄길래

방기다~~!! 라고 소지지르니

그제서야 너도 나도 방기란 녀석에 관심을 갖는다.

 

꽃잎 필 때 전라도의 섬으로 꽃을 보러 다녀와야 할텐데....
