방기(새모래덩굴과 방기속) Sinomenium acutum (Thunb.) Rehder & E.H.Wilson

암꽃을 찾아야 열매를 보러 다시 내려갈텐데.

암꽃은 고사하고 수꽃을 본 것만으로도 감지덕지해야 할 판이니...

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

이 녀석은 암수딴그루로 꽃은 연녹색이며 원추화서는 액생하고 화서는 길이 10-20cm 정도이다.

꽃받침잎과 꽃잎은 각각 6개이며 수꽃은 9-12개의 수술이 있고 암꽃은 3개의 헛수술과 3개의 심피가 있다.

아래는 수꽃이다.  바깥 부분 막질의 6장 난형은 꽃받침이고 수술대 기부에 연두색으로 말려 있는 게 꽃잎으로 추정이 된다 

 

 

 

 

 

  

  

잎은 호생하고 넓은 난형 또는 장상 다각형이며 길이 6-15cm, 폭 3-12cm로서 점첨두이고 원저 또는 심장저이며

가장자리는 밋밋하거나 3-7개의 얕은 물결모양의 결각이 있다.

표면에 털이 없으며 뒷면은 회록색으로서 털이 없거나 잔털이 있고 장상의 맥이 있으며 엽병은 길이 5-10cm이다.

어린 줄기는 녹색을 띤다.

 

 

 

오래 된 줄기의 수피는 회갈색으로 세로로 터진 피목이 있다.
