댕댕이덩굴(새모래덩굴과 댕댕이덩굴속) 꽃과 열매 해부 Cocculus orbiculatus (L.) DC.

여기까지 와서 또 댕댕이덩굴 꽃을 담았다. 아니다 열매도 담았다.

암꽃을 확실하게 담을 수 있어서 더 기분이 좋다.

굵고 있는 열매의 과경을 보니 1개의 과경에 자루가 없는 열매가 2~5개 붙어 있다.

 

ㅎㅎ...이제 알겠다.

암꽃을 보면 암술이 있는 6개의 자방이 보인다.

그러니 하나의 꽃에 있던 6개의 자방이 결국 6개의 열매로 익는 것이라는 설명이 된다.

 

물론 그 중에서 결실이 안 되는 녀석도 있기 때문에 하나의 열매 자루에 2~6개의 열매가 익는다는 결론이다.

잎 겨드랑이에 3~4개의 암꽃이 피면 그 암꽃 하나에 각각 2~6개의 알이 영글기 때문에 댕댕이덩굴의 열매가 그리 바글바글거렸던 거다.

 

<암꽃이다> 암술 달린 자방이 6개, 꽃잎 6장, 암꽃은 하나의 화경에 대략 3~4송이의 꽃이 핀다.

  

 

 

 

 

 

<수꽃이다> 암술은 없고 수술이 6개이다. 수꽃은 하나의 화경에 꽃이 많이 핀다.

 

 

 

<어린 열매>

 

 

 

 

 

엽액에서 나온 화경에 3송이의 꽃이 폈고, 3개의 소화경에 6개, 3개, 2개 씩 열매가 성숙하고 있다.

 

 

 

 댕댕이덩굴처럼 자방이 많아서 열매가 바글거리는 나무로 쉬나무, 소태나무가 있다.
