청시닥나무(단풍나무과) 수꽃 암꽃 Acer barbinerve Maxim.

오늘 이 산을 선택 하길 참 잘했다. 곤도라를 타고 오를 수 있어서

시간도 절약되고 힘도 안 들었고 식생도 다양하니 일석 삼조인 셈인가?

 

5월에 만항재에서 청시닥나무 수꽃은 담은 적이 있으나 암꽃을 찾을 수가 없었는데

처음 찾은 이 산 높은 정상에서 많은 수목과 마주하는 즐거움과 함께 청시닥나무 암꽃을 찾았다.

 

우선 청시닥나무 수꽃이다.

이 녀석이 시청시닥나무 수꽃이다. 화서가 아래로 늘어지고 수술 꽃밥이 보인다.

 

 

 

 

이 녀석이 암꽃이다. 사실 암꽃이라기 보다 이미 자방이 조금 자란 녀석이다.

암꽃도 위의 수꽃처럼 생겼고 수술 대신에 갈라진 암술만 살짝 보인다.

이 녀석은 이미 꽃의 시기를 넘었다고 봐야 맞은 것이다. 누르스름하게 말라버린 꽃받침이 보인다.

시과 열매 모양을 갖추고 있는 자방 가운데 갈라진 암술대가 있다.

 

 

 

 

이 정도면 어린 열매라고 하는 게 맞겠다.

 

 

 

같은 나무의 다른 가지에는 이렇게 고운색으로 날개에 치장을 한 시과 열매가 커다랗게 성숙하고 있다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

청시닥나무 2년지 가지는 누른색을 띠거나 옅은 녹색을 띠고,

잎자루 뒷면이 시닥나무에 비하여 붉은 기운이 약하거나 녹색을 띤다.

그래서<청>시닥나무란 이름을 얻었다.
