보리수나무(보리수나무과) Elaeagnus umbellata Thunb.

금새우난초를 보러 오름에 오르면서 보리수나무에 매달리니

안 그래도 시간이 넉넉하지 않은데 갈 길 바쁘다고 꽃동무가 핀잔이다. ㅎㅎ..

육지에서도 흔하게 볼 수 있는 녀석인데도 이상하게 보리수나무 꽃을 담아 둔 게 없다.

늘 흔하게 만나진다고 뒷전으로 밀렸나 보다.

 

10월 쯤이면 팥알만한 열매가 붉게 익는데 그것도 먹거리라고 나무에 매달여서 한웅큼 씩 따 먹었던 기억이 새롭다.
