국내에서는 멸종위기 야생생물 Ⅱ급」으로 신규 지정된 녀석으로 만나기 쉽지 않은 녀석을 공원 숲에서 만나니 반갑기 짝이 없다.
처음에는 금방 못알아보고 어라? 인동과 녀석인데....하고 어리둥절하였더랬다. 일행이 산분꽃나무라 하니 그제서야 그렇구나~! 왜 못알아 봤을까 싶었다. 개화 적기에 만나서 꽃밥이 살아 있다.
땅에 닿은 줄기에서 뿌리를 내리고 있었다.
키큰 나무들과 경쟁하느라 가느다란 줄기를 위로위로 올리고 맀다.
