백두산식물 - 시베리아살구(장미과 벚나무속) Prunus sibirica L.

산지 석회암지대에서 높이는 5~10cm까지 자라는 낙엽 활엽 작은큰키나무이다. 

우리나라 충북 이북, 주로 북부지방에서 자라며, 일본, 중국 동북부, 몽골, 러시아 동부 등에 분포한다.

 

잎은 어긋나며 난상 원형으로 길이는 6~8cm로 끝이 길게 뾰족하고 가장자리에 불규칙한 짧은 톱니가 있다.
