서쪽으로 해안을 따라 이동을 하며 절벽을 살피는데 희끗한 꽃을 피운 관목이 스친다.
혹시나? 하다가 아니겟지 하고는 그냥 지났는데 두번째 녀석이 차창으로 스쳐 지나기에
급하게 스톱~! 을 외치고 차에서 내리니 성질 급한 갯괴불나무가 육지의 방문객을 환영한다
아직 이른 시기라 기대하지 않았는데 어찌나 반갑던지.
울릉도 해안과 인근 산지에 자생하는 종이다.
잎이 다소 두껍고 양면에 털이 있으며 열매는 기부가 합착한다
