흰괴불나무(인동과) 열매

 2011. 7. 10. 강원도 **자생식물원.

 

이 녀석은 흰괴불나무란 이름표를 달고 있다. 흰괴불나무는 잎 뒷면 전체에 털이 밀생하고 있는 게 특징이다.

잎 뒷면은 무척 하얀색을 띠고 있었는데 원본을 확대하여 보니 털이 많이 보인다.

혹시나 다른 녀석이 아닐까 했는데 흰괴불나무로 이름 올려도 문제가 없겠다.

 

아마 그래서 흰괴불나무란 이름을 얻지 않았나 싶다. 다른 괴불나무 속보다 잎이 좁고 길쭉한 피침형이다.

 

 

 

높이 1-1.5m이고 가지는 골 속이 백색으로 차 있으며 어린가지에는 2줄의 털과 선모가 있으나 점차 없어지고 동아는 피침형이다.

 

 

 

꽃은  5-6월에 피고 액생하며 화경은 길이 10-13mm로서 털이 없거나 선모가 있고

포는 길이 1mm정도이며 소포는 서로 떨어지거나 합쳐지고 길이 1-1.5mm로서 가장자리에 선상의 돌기가 있다.

 

꽃받침잎은 가장자리에 선모가 있으며 화관은 길이 8-10mm로서 홍자색이고 양순형이며

자방은 중앙 이하가 서로 합쳐지고 암술대는 기부에 잔털이 있다.

 

 

 

 

 

잎은 대생하고 길이 2-6cm로서 타원형, 피침형 또는 도피침형이며 점첨두, 첨두 또는 둔두이고 예저 또는 원저이며

표면은 중륵에 잔털이 있고 뒷면은 분백색이고 중륵(中肋)에 짧은 백색털이 밀생하였으며 가장자리가 밋밋하고 엽병은 길이 2-4cm이다
