그렇지! 각시괴불나무다!
드뎌 각시괴불나무를 만났다! 꽃이 아니라 열매로.
이 녀석을 보면서도 무슨 괴불나무이지? 한참 갸우뚱했는데
열매 자루가 긴 걸 보고 각시괴불나무라 생각이 들었다.
글고 보니 봄에 금대봉에서 각시괴불나무 꽃을 담은 걸 올린 블방친구도 떠올려졌다.
아쉽게도 꽃을 담을 기회가 없어서 꽃의털을 확인할 길이 없다.
다만 긴 화경(과경)의 털과 잎의 털을 충분히 확인할 수 있었다.
꽃은 5-6월에 피며 액생하고
화경은 길이 1.5-2.5cm로서 털과 선점이 있으며
포는 자방보다 길거나 같고 소포와 더불어 선점이 있다.
꽃받침은
톱니처럼 5개로 갈라지며 털이 있고 화관은 연한 황색 또는 백색에서 황색으로 변하며
길이 1.5-2cm로 털이 있고 통부는 짧으며 기부가 옆으로 퍼지고 상순이 중앙까지 갈라진다.
수술과 암술대에 털이 있으며
자방은 긴난형으로서 선점이 있다고 한다.
확대하여 크롭한 걸 보면 화경(과경)의 털과 잎자루, 잎 표면, 가장자리의 많은 털이 보인다.
잎은 도란형 또는 난상 타원형이며 점첨두이고 원저 또는 넓은 예저이며 길이 5-12cm, 너비 3-6cm로서
톱니가 없고
표면에 털이 있으나 점차 없어지며, 잎자루, 잎가장자리,뒷면 맥위에 털이 있다
. 엽병은 길이 3-7mm이다.
햇가지, 잎자루, 가장자리, 뒷면 맥위의 털이 많이 보인다.
