실망초(국화과)

오후 시간남해의 부속섬을 한 바퀴 돌아 보지만 특별한 녀석들이 눈에 띄지 않는다.

돌담으로 논둑 쌓은 곳에 봉의꼬리 보러 차를 멈추었다가 실망초가 눈에 띈다.

잎이 선형으로 좁기 때문에 실망초라 부른다.

 

 

 

 

 

 꽃은 5-6월에 피며 황백색이고 두화는 화경이 길며 총상으로 달리지만 전체적으로는 원추상으로 된다.

총포는 종형이고 길이 4-6mm로서 회백색 털이 있으며 80-100개 또는 그 이상의 소화가 들어 있고

포편은 선형이며 녹색으로서 길이가 같지 않고 3줄로 배열되며 소화는 바깥 것은 암꽃이고 안쪽 것은 양성이다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

밑부분의 잎은 도피침형이고 가장자리가 밋밋하거나 결각상의 톱니가 있으며 윗부분의 잎은 선형이고 밀생한다.

높이 30-90cm이지만 30~50cm에서 생장이 중지되고 가지가 자라기 때문에 차상으로 되며 회백색 털이 밀생한다.
