봄망초(국화과 개망초속)

억지로 겨우 봄망초를 눈 앞에서 확인하였다.

갯골생태공원은 인부를 동원하여 지속적으로 잡초를 제거하고 있었다.

하니 그네들이 심어 놓은 것 이외의 모든 것은 제거의 대상이 되었다. 소래풀도, 말뱅이나물도......

 

이 봄망초도 겨우 한 포기 남아서 꽃을 피웠다. 덕분에 그렇게 보고싶어 하던 봄망초와 대면할 수 있었는데......

나 또한 관찰을 위해서 이 녀석 줄기를 꺾을 수 밖에 없었다. 미안하다 아가야.

 

개망초에 비하여 실처럼 가느다란 더 많은 수의 혀꽃을 가지고 있고

왼쪽이 봄망초, 오른쪽이 개망초

줄기잎은 끝이 둔한 난형이고 엽저가 줄기를 반 쯤 감싸고 있다.

뿌리잎은 주걱모양으로 잎자루가 없다

줄기 속이 비어 있는 것도 봄망초의 특징이다.
