주걱개망초(국화과)

잎이 주걱처럼 생겨서 주걱개망초란 이름이 붙은 것 같다.

잎 가장자리가 밋밋하고 드물게 2~4개의 톱니가 보일 듯 말 듯하기도 한다.

꽃은 개망초처롬 설상화가 많은데 이 녀석도 귀화종으로 발견된지 그리 오래 되지는 않은 것 같다.

두화는 지름 1.5㎝이고 설상화는 120개 내외로 백색이다. 통상화는 황색이고 긴 관모가 있다.

작년 낙동강변 고수부지에서 담은 주걱개망초 꽃이다.

 

 

경생엽은 상반부가 폭이 넓은 주걱형으로 전연이고 5-6㎜의 짧은 잎자루가 있다.

줄기에 상방으로 굽은 짧은 털이 덮힌다. 줄기잎은 5-6㎜길이의 잎자루가 있고 주걱모양으로 끝이 넓으며 기부는 쐐기꼴을 한다.

 

근생엽은 주걱형으로 도피침형이고 대개 전연(밋밋하며)이며 드물게 얕은 거치연이다.
