전국이 벚꽃으로 온통 하얗게 수를 놓았다.
3월동안 며칠 고온이 계속되더니 동시 다발로 개화를 해 버려서 그렇다.
다른 꽃둘도 정신 없는 건 마찬가지라 봄꽃의 개화시기가 뒤죽박죽이 되어 적기를 맞추기 어렵다고 아우성이다.
벚나무도 종류가 엄청 많다고 하니 구분하기를 아예 포기하는 게 나을 것 같다.
벚나무나 산벚나무는 꽃받침통이 좁고 작은꽃자루에 털이 없는 점은 같다.
두 녀석의 차이점은 꽃차례의 꽃자루가 있느냐 없느냐 하는 점인데
벚나무는 꽃차례 꽃자루가 있어서 총상 꽃차례를 이루는데 비해 산벚나무는 꽃차례의 꽃자루가 거의 없다.
또 자생하는 곳이 다르다.
벚나무는 저지대산지에 살지만 산벚나무는 이름대로 백두대간 높은 고지의 산지에 산다.
이 녀석은 작은꽃자루에 털이 안 보이고 암술대와 자방에도 털이 없다
개화 초기라서 꽃차례의 꽃자루가 잘 안 보인다
