모시물통이(쐐기풀과)

큰물통이에 대한 확신이 서지 않아서 창고에 묵혀 두었던 녀석이다.

도감의 기재문의 잎의 크기를 보면  큰물통이는 최대 3.5cm, 모시물통이는 최대 10cm정도로 모시물통이의 잎이 더 넓고 큰 편이다.

가장 쉬운 구분 방법은 종자의 크기라는데 , 모시물통이는 1~1.2mm 큰물통이는 2.0mm 라고 하니 에혀~! 내 능력으로는 확인이 불가하다.

 

큰물통이의 꽃에 대한 기재문을 보면 화서는 엽액에 밀집하며 길이 5-20mm이고 암꽃과 수꽃이 함께 달린다.

수꽃은 꽃받침조각과 수술이 각각 2개이고, 암꽃은 3개의 꽃받침조각이 있으며 2개가 크고 암술은 1개라 한다.

꽃과 열매를 접사해야 하는데 그냥 담아서 불확실 하긴 하다. 다만 이 녀석의 잎은 모시물통이 보다는 많이 작았다.

잎과 전체적인 화서의 모양새로 봐서 큰물통이로 확인한다. 잘못 되었으면 태클 걸어 주시길.
