물꼬리풀(꿀풀과 물꼬리풀속) Pogostemon stellatus (Lour.) Kuntze

꼬리풀이란 이름을 가진 녀석들이 꽤 있는데 그 소속이 현삼과, 꿀풀과, 백합과가 있다.

현삼과에는 꼬리풀, 긴산꼬리풀, 구와꼬리풀, 넓은잎꼬리풀, 둥근산꼬리풀, 섬꼬리풀, 산꼬리풀...등이 있고

꿀풀과에는 물꼬리풀, 전주물꼬리풀이, 백합과에는 여우꼬리풀, 끈적쥐꼬리풀, 쥐꼬리풀이 있다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

물꼬리풀 신초가 물속에 잠겨져 있다.

한동안 가물어서 물통이 바닥이 드러나 있었는데 뒤늦게 내린 비로 잠겨 버린 모양이다.

 

 

  

 

좁은 피침형의 잎이 돌려나기로 있고 잎가장자리에 얕은 거치가 드물게 있다.
