왕백량금(자금우과 자금우속) 열매 Ardisia crenata Sims

호자나무 열매가 익은 줄 알고 곶자왈을 찾았는데 아직 열매가 자라고 있는 중이다.

내년 6월 쯤에나 붉게 익는 것을 너무 성급하게 찾았다. 덕분에 백량금 붉은 열매는 신나게 담았다.

눈 쌓인 겨울 한라산록에서 눈 밭에 드러나 있는 붉은 열매와 녹색의 잎의 백량금은 멋진 그림인데... 흰눈이 그립다.

 

자금우과 삼총사로 백량금, 자금우, 산호수가 있다.

백량금은 1m 까지 크는데 잎이 버드나뭇잎처럼 긴 피침형으로 물결모양의 톱니가 있다.

자금우과 산호수는 전초의 크기나 잎의 모양이 비슷하긴 하지만 산호수 잎이 더 넓고 불규칙한 톱니가 듬선듬성하다
