구름떡쑥(국화과 다북떡쑥) Anaphalis sinica Hance var. morii (Nakai) Ohwi

윗세오름 오르막길이 끝난 자리에 병풍바위 절벽이 이어지고 좀 더 오르면 오름 정상부 개활지가 펼쳐진다.

등산로 테크 주변 곳곳에 구름떡쑥이 개화를 시작하고 있다.

꼭 7월 이맘 때 쯤 여기에 오르니 활짝 만개한 녀석은 쉬 만나지 못하고 아쉬운 눈맞춤으로 만족해야 한다.

 

꽃은 8-9월에 피며 연한 황색이고 두화는 끝에 1개 또는 여러 개가 모여서 산방상으로 된다.

자성두화(雌性頭花)는 잡성이며 총포는 종형이고 길이 6mm, 지름 5mm이며 웅성두화는 수꽃뿐이고 구상 종형으로서 길이 5mm, 지름 7mm

 

 

 

밑부분의 잎은 꽃이 필 때 없어지고 중앙부의 잎은 도피침형이이며 끝이 둔하고 질이 두꺼우며 길이 1.5-2cm, 나비 3-7mm로서 밑으로 좁아져서 엽병이 없고 표면은 녹색이며 면모가 있고 뒷면은 면모가 밀생하여 회백색으로 된다
