산괴불주머니(양귀비과 현호색속)

흔해 빠진 녀석이라고 곁을 주지 않았다.

덩치도 큰 녀석이라 곱다거나 귀엽다는 느낌이 들지 않으니 별로 호감을 얻지 못했던 거다.

 

지 생긴 모양이 그러하니 눌 탓하랴마는 그래도 모양 낸다고 한껏 노랗게 치장을 했는데, 제 딴에는 무척 섭섭했을 거다. 

지 노력이 가상하니 한 번 쯤은 담아주어야 저도 꽃 피운 보람 있지 않겠나.

 

현호색과에 속하는 2년초다. 줄기 속은 비어 있고 뿌리는 밑으로 곧게 뻗는다.

잎은 어긋나며 깃털처럼 갈라져 있다. 꽃은 이른 봄부터 이른 여름에 걸쳐 노랗게 줄기 끝에 무리져 피는데,

열매는 크기가 2~3㎝쯤 되는 삭과(蒴果)로 콩꼬투리처럼 움푹 패어 있으며 씨는 검정색이다.

 

괴불주머니 종류로 염주괴불주머니, 갯괴불주머니, 선괴불주머니, 눈괴불주머니, 자주괴불주머니.....가 더 있다.  

 

꽃은 4-6월에 피고 길이 3-10cm로서 황색이며 총상화서는 원줄기와 가지 끝에 달리고 포는 난상 피침형이며 때로는 갈라진다.

화관은 길이 2cm로서 한쪽이 순형脣形)으로 벌어지고 다른 한쪽은 다소 구부러진 거(距)로 되며 6개의 수술은 각각 2개로 갈라진다

줄기는 곧게 서며 가지가 갈라지고 높이 50cm에 달하며 전체에 분백색이 돌고 줄기 속은 비어 있다.

 

 

열매는 삭과로서 길이 2-3cm이며 선형이고 염주같이 잘록하게 10-15개의 마디가 생기고, 마디마다 종자가 있다.

종자는 흑색이고 둥글며 오목하게 파인 점이 있다.

 

 

 

 

잎은 호생하고 엽병이 있으며 2회 우상으로 갈라지고, 길이 10~15cm, 폭 4~6cm이다.

열편은 난형이며 다시 우상으로 갈라지고 최종 열편은 선상 긴 타원형으로 끝이 뾰족하다.
