그리 흔하지 않은 갯괴불주머니를 울릉도에서 쉽게 만났다.
잘 익은 열매 하나를 조심조심 갈라서 접사를 해 보니 까만 종자마다 덮게 하나씩 모자를 쓰고 있다.
요 덮개가 개미들이 죽을 동 살 동 모르고 달려든다는 얼라이오좀인가 보다.
깽깽이풀과 현호색, 얼레지 씨앗에 달린 얼라이오좀은 말랑말랑한 젤리 덩어리처럼 생겼는데
이 녀석은 좀 다른 모양이라 얼라이오좀이 맞는가 모르겄다. 아님 말고. ㅎㅎ
갯괴불주머니는 염주괴불주머니와 달리 종자가 2줄로 배열한다.
그래서 열매 꼬투리가 울퉁불퉁 하고 띠처럼 더 넓다.
괴불주머니 중에서 종자가 2배열하고 열매 너비가 넓으며 구불구불 제멋대로 휘어진 모습을 하고 있다.
거치가 부드러우며 소엽의 엽신이 넓다
