2015년 대구수목원에서 처음 만난 녀석으로 식재된 식물을 따라 들어온 것으로 추정을 했더랬다.
그 녀석이 작년 경기도 화성에서 무더기로 발견이 되어 자생종으로 발표가 되었다.
그 곳에 넓게 퍼져 있었고 오래 되었다는 것으로.
제주도의 둥근빗살괴불주머니도 농경지 주변 뿐만 아니라 제주도 전역에 퍼져 있는데 외래종이다. 오랫동안 그 곳에서 자라고 있었고 넓게 퍼져 있다는 게 그 이유라면 둥근빗살괴불주머니도 자생종이라 해야 된다.
그제 부산에 각시괴불주머니가 있다는 소식에 새벽 일찍 달렸다.

주민들이 손바닥만하게 일군 경작지 주변에
온통 각시괴불주머니가 도포하고 있는 것을 확인하였다.
일하는 할머니한테 물었더니 10년은 넘은 것 같단다.
아마도 그렇게 퍼질 정도면 오랜 기간동안 정착을 했을 것으로 보인다.. 자생종이라면 그 경작지만 아니라 산자락 넓게 더 퍼져서 자라고 있어야 맞다. 헌데 그 주변만 그렇게 요란스러웠다. 그러니 나는 외래종으로 보고싶다.
