털조장나무(녹나무과 생강나무속) 암꽃 Lindera sericea (Siebold & Zucc.) Blume

꽃이 필 때는 생강나무와 아주 흡사한데 가지 끝의 잎눈 아래 3-4개의 꽃차례가 목로리처럼 돌려나며 꽃을 피우는 점이 다르고

 굵은 줄기도 녹색을 띤다는 점이 생강나무와 다르다.

 

더러 생강나무의 잔 가지가 녹색을 띠는 경우가 있어서 털조장나무로 오인을 하기도 하지만

털조장나무는 굵은 줄기 모두 녹색을 띤다는 점에서 생강나무와 구분이 가능하다.

 

물론 잎이 자라면 모양이 달라서 혼돈할 일도 없지만 말이다.

 

이 녀석도 생강나무처럼 암수 딴그루이다. 암꽃과 수꽃 모두 화탁에 선체를 가지고 있다.

 

암꽃이다.

 

 

암꽃은 꽃받침조각이 6개이고 1개 암술과 몇 개의 헛수술, 선체가 있다.
