털조장나무(녹나무과) 암꽃 Lindera sericea (Siebold & Zucc.) Blume

꼭 한번은 보고싶어 벼르던 녀석을 만나니 어찌 그리 반가운지...

이맘 때 쯤 봄꽃이 많이 피어 날 때라 이 녀석 보자고 하루를 투자하여 천리 먼길 다녀오기 쉽지 않았었다.

 

매끄러운 녹색의 줄기가 신기하고 가지 끝마다 노랗게 촛대를 만들고 있는 모습도 신기하고..

 

중부 지역에서는 볼 수 없는 전남 지역의 일부 산에만 서식을 한다

생강나무를 닮은 녀석이지만 생강나무보다 조금 늦게 꽃이 피며 가지 끝에만 꽃이 피고 줄기가 녹색이며 흑갈색 무늬가 있다.

 

 

암수딴그루이며 산형꽃차례로 가지 끝 잎 겨드랑이에서 꽃이 핀다. 암꽃이다.

 

 

 

길게 빠져 나온 암술이 보인다

 

 

 

잎눈 아래 3~4개의 꽃눈이 둘러싸고 있는데 꽃눈 속에 8~10송이 정도의 꽃이 들어 있어서 꽃이 피면 목도리를 두른 것 처럼 보인다

 

 

 

 

인편에 싸여 있는 잎눈이다.

매끄러운 녹색 줄기에 흑갈색 무늬가 있다.
