물참대(수국과 말발도리속) Deutzia glabrata Kom.

인근 지역에서는 1000고지가 넘는 몇 개의 산 중 하나인데도 우째 이 산을 탐사해 본 적이 없었다.

주중에 이 곳에 북개벚지가 있다는 전언에 꽃이 지지나 않을까 노심초사하면서 주말을 기다려 산으로 냅다 달렸다.

 

3월 말 경에 한 번 이 곳에 올랐을 때는 풀 한 포기도 잘 안 보일 정도로  깊은 겨울을 벗어나지 못하고 있더니만

이젠 녹음이 짙어지고 초본류의 잔치도 다 끝이 나고 물참대만 눈이 부시게 한창이다

 

 

잎과 줄기에 털이 거의 없이 매끈하고

긴 삼각상을 이루는 수술대가 아기 속눈썹처럼 길다.

 

화반이 진노랑색인 말발도리에 비하여 물참대는 연노랑색을 띠고 있어어 참 맑은 느낌을 준다
