호자덩굴(꼭두서니과 호자덩굴속) 열매 Mitchella undulata Siebold & Zucc.

남도 쪽보다 길이 멀지 도 않은 곳을 이제사 찾아 본다.

작은 골짜기에 호자덩굴 개체들이 제주도에서 보던 것 보다 더 많이 깔려 있다.

헌데 소풍 가서 보물찾기 하듯이 열매를 찾을 정도로 열매는 그리 보이지 않았다.

 

 

지름 약 8mm로서 끝에 2개의 꽃이 달렸던 자리와 각각 4개의 꽃받침잎이 남아 있다.

 

 

줄기가 땅을 기며 가지가 갈라지고 마디에서 뿌리가 내린다.
