수정목과 호자나무

지난 12월 두 녀석 열매를 보려고 갔던 계곡에 다시 들렀다.

그 때는 아직 덜 자란 초록 열매였는데 지금 쯤은 붉게 잘 익었으리란 기대 때문이었다.

수목원에서 호자나무 열매를 담기는 했지만 자생의 열매를 담는 맛은 또 다르다.

 

헌데 12월의 모습이나 2월의 모습이나 거의 변화가 없다.

호자나무 열매에는 붉은 색이 들고 있고, 수정목 열매는 이제 마악 색이 붉은 기운이 비치고 있는 듯 하다

 

호자나무 잎 :  길이 1-2.5cm, 나비 0.7-2cm,  가시 길이 : 0.5-2cm (잎과 거의 같은 길이)

수정목 잎 : 길이 1.5~4cm, 나비 1-2cm, 가시 길이 : 1cm

 

수정목이다. 호자나무 보다 잎이 크지만 가시가 매우 짧다. 수정목 열매가 호자나무 열매보다 더 작았다.

 

 

호자나무에 비하여 가시의 길이가 매우 짧다.

 

 

 

호자나무 열매이다. 가시의 길이가 잎의 길이만큼 길어서 엄청 위협적이다.
