거지딸기(장미과 산딸기속) Rubus sumatranus Miq.

와우! 꽃이다!

어린 열매가 달려있을 줄은 알았지만 아직까지 꽃이 피고 있을 줄은 생각도 못 했는데 이런 횡재도 있나보다

작년에 있던 자리에 흔적도 없기에 실망을했었는데 혹시나 하고 주변을 뒤지다가 꽃과 열매가 달려 있는 것을 찾았다

 

4월 제주에 가서도 거지딸기를 찾지도 못하여 헛걸음을 했는데

기대하지 않던 만남이라서 더 반갑다

 

꽃은 생각보다 작았고 꽃잎이 화반에 찍어 붙은 듯 왜소하여 꽃받침이 거의 다 드러나 보였다

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

화축과 화경에는 샘털로 덮여 있고 가시가 있다.

 

 

꽃이 진 후 꽃받침은 뒤로 젖혀 진다. 열매는 타원형이다.

 

 

 

 

꽃이 피는 가지의 잎은 3~5장이 대부분이고

 

 

맹아지의 소엽은 7~9장으로 소엽은 피침형이나 좁은 난형으로 끝이 길게 뾰족하고 겹톱니가 자잘하게 나 있다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

엽축과 잎자루, 잎 뒷면 맥 위에도 샘털이 밀생하고 갈고리 처럼 굽은 가시가 있다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

맹아지의 줄기에는 검붉은 샘털이 길고 가시도 있는데 엽병, 엽축의 가시는 굽었지만 줄기의 가시는 굽지 않았다.
