동백마을 거리를 돌아다니려는데 바람이 너무 거세고 날씨가 흐려서 촬영이 어렵다.
귤밭 방품림으로 삼나무를 주로 심어두었지만 그 사이 사이에 수령이 오래된 토종 동백나무가 보인다. 마을 도로변 양쪽의 가로수도 모두 동백나무이다.
개량 동백 사이에 토종 동백나무가 드문드문 서 있는데 다행하게도 개화를 시작한 녀석들이 좀 보인다.
토종 동백나무가 잎 색이 더 짙고 잎 크기가 조금 작다.
