동백나무겨우살이(겨우살이과)

참 재미 있는 녀석이다.

게 다리처럼 마디 마디가 잘록하니 연결이 되어 있는데 그 마디마다 자잘한 열매가 대글대글하다.

한달 쯤 지나명 좁쌀만한 열매가 노랗게 익으면서 조금 커지긴 하는데 뭐 그게 그거다.

 

4~5월에 꽃이 핀다는데 작년에도 이 녀석 꽃을 봐야지 생각해 놓고선 봄이 되면 생각조차 안 나니....

자그마한 동백나무 가지를 완전 점령해 버려서 동백나무가 비짜루처럼 되어 버렸다.
