산유자나무(이나무과)

이 녀석 가시가 마치 주엽나무처럼 크고 강하고 억세다. 한 번 찔리면 통증이 엄청나다

이 가시는 가지 끝이 가시화 된 것으로 나중에 가지로 성장한다.

 

어린 나무 줄기 잎은 난형이나 큰 나무 윗가지의 잎은 긴 타원형이다. 위쪽잎은 높아서 담지 못하였다.

꽃과 열매를 보고자 갈 때마다 이 녀석 열매를 찾았지만 만날 기회가 없었다.

 

잎은 호생하며 난형 또는 긴 타원상 난형이고 예첨두이며 때로는 끝이 둔하고 예저이지만 어린 나무의 것은 원저이며

길이 4-8cm, 너비3-5cm로서 양면에 털이 없고 가장자리에 둔한 톱니가 있으며 엽병은 길이 3-7mm이다.

 

 

 

어릴 때는 끝이 가시로 된 짧은 가지가 있으며 가지는 적갈색이고 어릴 때는 엽병과 더불어 털이 있다.
