산유자나무(산유자나무과 산유자나무속) 열매

2017. 10. 하순. 제주.

 

9월에 내려 왔을 때 이 녀석 꽃을 안 보고 올라갔더랬구나.

지나는 길에 열매가 익었을 것 같아서 들렀더니 벌써 쪼글쪼글하여 싱싱한 녀석이 거의 안 보인다.

 

8-9월에 꽃이 펴서 10월 하순에 벌써 이렇게 열매가 말라버리니 참느릅나무처럼 늦게 꽃을 피웠으니 마음이 바빳던 모양이다 

줄기의 가시는 엄청나다. 살짝 찔리기만 해도 통증이 굉장한 가시다
