팽나무(느릅나무과 팽나무속)

수꽃양성화한그루로 4~5월에 피는데 수꽃은 새가지의 밑부분 잎겨드랑이에 취산꽃차례로 달리며, 수술이 4개다.

양성꽃은 새가지 윗부분에 1~3개씩 달리며, 화피 4장, 수술 4개, 암술 1개, 암술대는 2개로 갈라져 뒤로 젖혀진다.
