뭔가 열매가 보이는 듯 한데 눈길을 끌 정도가 아니라서 그냥 둘까 하다 다시 살피니 바로 돌외 열매다
우리 나라에서는 울릉도와 남쪽 섬지역에서 서식한다고 하니 내가 처음 볼 수 밖에 없다.

잎은 호생하며 양면에 다세포로 된 백색털이 있으나 곧 없어지고 소엽은 보통 5개이지만 3-7개인 것도 있으며 좁은 난상 타원형 또는
좁은 난형이고 정소엽은 소엽병과 더불어 길이 4-8cm, 폭 2-3cm로서 끝이 뾰족하며 표면과 맥 위에 잔털이 있고 가장자리에 톱니가 있다.
열매에 울퉁불퉁한 상채기가 있는 듯해서 거센 바닷바람에 줄기에 스쳐서 생겼거니 했더니 원래 생긴 모양이 그렇다.
