긴두잎갈퀴(꼭두서니과 백운풀속) =>백운풀로 통합 Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.) Roxb.

8월에 산방산 부근 묵밭에서 이녀석을 발견하고 좋아라 했었다.

지금 쯤 꽃이 필 것 같아서 이번에는 꽃을 꼭 확인하리라 했었는데 의외로 길가 공터나 밭 근처 노지에 흔하게 보인다.

이 녀석은 산방백운풀, 백운풀, 탐라풀, 등과 같은 백운풀속으로 그 생김이 많이 흡사하다. 긴잎백운풀이란 이름도 가지고 있다.

 

산방백운풀은 화서가 산방상으로 여러 개 꽃이 피는 점이 특징이고

백운풀은 꽃이 잎겨드랑이에 바짝 붙어서 피는데 긴두잎갈퀴(긴잎백운풀)은 사진에서 보듯이 꽃자루가 매우 길게 나와 있는 점이 특징이다.

 

 

 

 

 

꽃은 8-9월에 피고 지름 2mm정도로서 백색이거나 다소 붉은빛이 돌며 엽액에 달리고 소화경이 열매보다 2-4배정도 길다.

꽃받침은 4개로 갈라지며 열편은 길이 1.5mm정도로서 뾰족하고 화관은 4개로 갈라지며 열편은 통부와 길이가 비슷하다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

잎은 대생하며 양끝에 좁고 가장자리에 톱니가 없지만 깔깔하며 길이 1-3.5cm, 폭 1.5-3mm로서 주맥만이 나타난다

 

 

 

 

 삭과는 둥글고 지름 5mm정도로서 꽃받침통 안에 들어 있으며 끝에 꽃받침 열편이 남아 있고 종자에 능각이 있다

 

 

 

 

 

 

높이 10-30cm이고 밑에서부터 가지가 갈라져서 옆으로 자라거나 곧추선다. 백운산과 제주도에서 서식한다.
