6월의 강원도 높은 산은 나무 꽃들이 많아서 참 즐겁다.
산 정상으로 오르는 길 섶에 인가목이 붉게 피어 발목을 잡는다.
잎은 호생하고 우상복엽이며 소엽은 3~7개이고 넓은 타원형 또는 난형으로 길이 1.5~6cm이며 끝이 둔하거나 뾰족하고
뒷면은 약간 백색을 띠며 중륵 위에 누운 털이 약간 있고 가장자리에 잔 톱니가 있으며 엽병에 때로 선모가 있다.
엽축에 자모가 있고 탁엽은 화살모양으로 가장자리에 선모가 있다.
소지에는 가시가 없는 것이 있으나 줄기에는 침상의 가시가 많다.
열매는 길쭉하다. 둥근인가목은 열매가 둥글다.
