금요일 오후부터 배에 개스가 찬 것처럼 빵빵한 느낌과 함께 왼쪽 하복부와 옆구리 가까운 곳을 누르면 약간의 통증이 느껴졌다.
그런데 정상적인 배변과 함께 소화도 잘 되는데 계속 개스가 찬 느낌과 그 통증은 사라지지 않았다.
휴일 안면도에서 고사리 관찰회에 참석하는 동안에도 더부룩한 느낌으로 탐사를 하였는데
월요일 조퇴를 하고 병원을 찾았더니 의사가 CT 촬영을 해 보잔다.
무릎이 아프고 어깨가 아프고 오십견이 오고 허리가 아프고 한 것은 운동과 물리치료로 가능한 일이었는데
내과의 진료를 받아야하는 질환은 심각한 문제가 될 수도 있는지라 내심 무척 걱정이 되었다.
조형제라는 이상한 약을 먹고 CT 촬영을 하고 기다리자니 벼라별 생각이 다든다
"장 바깥 지방층에 염증이 있는 것 같네요. 일단 일주일 약을 먹어보고 다시 오세요"
의사의 말로는 <장부렁염> 이라고 한다. 별일이 아닌 것은 다행이지만 왜 갑자기 이유도 없이 장에 염증이 생기냔 말이다.
혹시나 다른 원인이 있어서 그 영향으로 염증이 나타난 게 아닌지....나는 아직 할 일이 많은데...
병원 진료 후 집에서 쉬려다가 시간이 아까워서 가까운 산사에 들렀더니 생각지도 않던 실제비쑥이 반겨준다.
수 년전 이 곳에서 구와꼬리풀과 바위솔을 봤던 기억에 궁거워서 찾았는데 실제비쑥이 있으리라곤 생각지도 않았다.
지난 번 실제비쑥이 자라던 산지와 비슷한 환경의 건조한 산사면이라 실제비쑥이 살기에 적합했던 모양이다.
논문상으로 실제비쑥은 경상남북도에 소수의 개체가 제한적으로 분포한다고 하는데
내가 벌써 두 곳에서 녀석을 찾았다.
불현듯 갑자기 이 녀석을 집 앞산에서 봤다는 기억이 떠오른다.
오래 전 퇴근 후나 방학 때 산책 겸 앞산에 오르다가 이렇게 길다란 잎을 늘어뜨리고 있던 쑥을 스쳐 봤다는.
작은 구릉 같은 앞산도 건조하고 해가 잘 드는 곳이었으니......확인해 봐야겠다.
