털장대(배추과 털장대속)

스쳐 지니다가 차를 후진하여 다시 들여다 본 녀석이 바로 털장대였다.

장대나물인 줄 알고 그냥 지나가려 했는데 흘낏 보이는 장각 열매와 잎이 달랐기 때문이다.

제주에서는 두어 번 만났는데 내륙에서 털장대는 처음 만났다. 이렇게 우연나게 만나는 녀석들이 더 반갑다.

 

꽃동무가 참장대나물로 확인해 보라해서 기재문을 읽어 봐도 애매하고

이우철 도감과 이창복 도감의 세밀화나 표본 자료를 봐도 애매하다.

참장대나물은 근생엽에는 갈라진 털이 있지만 경생엽에는 털이 없다고 한다.

참장대는 지리산에 서식하는 특산식물로 되어 있는 걸 보면 이 녀석은 털장대로 봐야할 것 같다.

참장대나물의 이미지를 확실하게 볼 수 있으면 좋겠는데....

 

줄기와 잎에 털이 매우 많다. 그래서 털장대로 보는 것이다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

열매는 장각으로서 원줄기와 평행하고 길이 4~6cm, 폭 1mm 또는 그 이상이다.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

근생엽은 도피침형이거나 주걱형에 가깝고 몇 개의 뚜렷치 않은 톱니가 있으며 길이 5~10cm, 폭 1-2cm로서 기부가 좁아져서 엽병처럼 된다.

경생엽은 호생하고 위로 갈수록 작아지며 난형, 난상 긴 타원형 또는 난상 피침형이고 길이 2~7cm로서 둔두 전저이며 가장자리에 불규칙한 톱니가 있고 밑부분이 원줄기를 감싼다.

 

 

 

줄기는 퍼진 털이 있고 잎 뒷면에 2~4개로 갈라진 털이 있다.
