바위장대(배추과 털장대속) Arabis serrata Franch. & Sav.

여태껏 내가 바위장대를 잘못 알고 있었다.

이 녀석을 바위장대로 제대로 이름 불러 주어야겠다.  

한라산에 자생하는 바위장대는 높이 10-20cm로서 전체에 성모와 차상의 털이 있으며 밑에서 짧게 뻗는 가지가 나온다.

 

 

 

근생엽은 총생하고 꽃이 진 다음에도 남아 있으며 주걱모양이고 길이 5~33mm, 폭 2.5-7mm로서 불규칙한 톱니가 있으며 표면에 성모가 있다. 경생엽은 밑부분의 것은 도피침형 또는 피침형이고 불규칙하며 뾰족한 톱니가 있다

높이 10-20cm로서 전체에 성모(星毛)와 차상(叉狀)의 털이 있으며 밑에서 짧게 뻗는 가지가 나온다.

 

꽃은 6-7월에 피고 백색이며 총상화서는 원줄기 끝에서 서고 소화경은 길이 3-4mm로서 성모가 있으나

열매일 때는 길이 7-10mm로서 털이 없어진다. 꽃받침잎은 길이 3mm이며 꽃잎은 길이 6-7mm이다.

 

이 녀석을 바위장대로 알고 있었더니 화원에서 판매하고 있는 털장대속(Arabis procurrens) 종류인 모양이다..
