산장대(배추과 애기장대속)

언제나 이 맘 때 쯤 이 곳에는 이렇게 하얗게 산장대 꽃눈이 내린다.

벌써 가느다란 장각 열매까지 단 산장대가 도로 옆 풀밭을 수수하게 장식을 하였다.

 

꽃동무가 금대봉에 갔더니만 바닥에 하얗고 자잘하게 꽃이 핀 걸 봤는데 꽃잎이 넉장이라면서 이름이 뭐냐고 전화가 왔다.

산장대로 확인해 보라 했더니만 큰산장대가 아니냐고 다시 전화다. 자기가 가진 도감에 산장대는 없고 큰산장대만 있다고...

 

큰산장대도 따로 분류되어 있었는데 얼마 전에 산장대에 통합되었다며 국가표준식물목록을 확인해 보라 하고 전화를 마쳤다. 두 녀석이 통합되어서 참 다행이다. 안 그러면 또 털이 있네 없네, 화경이 기네 짧네 하면서 낑낑거리느라 시간 허비해야 했을 거다. ㅎ 

 

 

 

 

열매는 장각으로 길이 1~2cm, 폭 1mm정도로서 군데군데가 좁아져서 희미한 염주상으로 된다.

소과경은 길이 5-10mm이며 퍼지거나 밑으로 처진다

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

근생엽은 엽병이 있고 난형 또는 타원형이며 길이 2~3cm로서 우상으로 갈라지고 끝이 크고 둔하며

밑부분의 열편은 작아져서 마침내 소돌기로 되어 엽병과 연결되고 정열편이 가장 크며 측열편과 더불어 둔한 톱니가 있다.

경생엽은 호생하고 타원형으로서 엽병이 없으며 끝이 뾰족하고 밑부분이 점차 좁아진다
