상동나무(갈매나무과 상동나무속)열매 Sageretia thea (Osbeck) M.C.Johnst.

지난 11월 초순 상동나무 꽃을 담아 왔는데 5월에는 이렇게 열매가 까맣게 익었다.

농익은 열매를 한 줌 따서 입에 털어 넣으니 뽕나무 오디의 향긋함이 전해진다.

잉~! 더 따 먹고 싶었는데 다음 장소로 부지런히 이동해야 한다고....쩝~! 또 먹고 시포라

 

잎은 호생하고 일부가 월동하며 난형 또는 넓은 난형이고 둔두이며 원저 또는 아심장저이고 길이 1-3cm, 너비 1-1.5cm로서

가장자리에 잔 톱니가 있으며 엽병은 길이 2-7mm로 털이 있다. 잎이 가을철 황색으로 변한다.   반상록성 활엽관목이다.

 

 

 

열매는 핵과로 둥글며 지름 3-5mm이고 꽃이 핀 다음 해 4-5월에 흑자색으로 성숙한다

 

꽃은 양성으로 10-11월에 피고 2- 여러 개가 정생 또는 액생하는 길이 2-5cm 의 수상 원추화서를 이루며 화서에 갈색 털이 밀생한다. 화관은 지름 3.5mm로 황색이고 5수성이며, 꽃받침잎은 난형 첨두로서 겉에 털이 있으며 꽃잎이 꽃받침보다 훨씬 짧고 자방은 3실이며 암술머리가 3개로 갈라진다. (2010. 10. 31. 추자도)

 

 

가지 끝이 밑으로 처지며, 소지에 8줄의 능선과 갈색 잔털이 있으며 끝이 흔히 가시로 변한다.
