개모시풀(쐐기풀과 모시풀속) Boehmeria platanifolia (Maxim.) Franch. & Sav. ex C.H.Wright

올해 조사 대상이 쐐기풀과라....지금 한창 개화하고 있는 모시풀속 녀석들 들여다 보느라고 시간이 바쁘다.

모시풀속 중에서도 개모시풀은 그나마 찾기가 쉽다.

 

화서가 가지를 치며 분지하는 점이 특징이라 잎과 전초를 보지 않아도 화서의 모습으로 구분이 가능하다

물론 모든 화서가 가지를 치는 경우가 아니라 대부분 아래쪽 화서가 가지를 치는데

어떤 녀석들은 전혀 분지하지 않는 경우도 나타나서 당혹케 한다. 

 

전초 1m 로 줄기에 둔한 능선이 있고 짧은 털이 밀생한다

잎 가장자리의 톱니는 결각성으로 전초가 크고 잎이 두터우며 거센 털이 많이 있다.
