산황나무(갈매나무과 갈매나무속)Rhamnus crenata Siebold & Zucc.

나 처럼 꽃 피기를 기다리는 꽃동무 한 분이 두 번이나 다녀 왔지만

꽃이 아직 안 피었다는 전갈을 받은 지 2주 전이라...

 

지금 쯤은 피었겠지 싶어서 현지의 꽃동무와 연락을 취해 보니

꽃이 피긴 했는데 영 신통치가 않고 작은 열매도 보인다기에 부랴부랴 내려갔더니....

 

내가 찾아 둔 곳의 녀석들은 거의 모두 열매로 탈바꿈을 해 버렸다. ㅠㅠ~~!!

으름난초 때문에 시간을 허비하는 통에 첫 날 들를 계획이 틀어지는 바람에

더 큰 나무가 있는 곳으로 갈 시간적 여유가 없어서 결국 올해는 꽃 보기를 포기하고 목포로 이동할 수 밖에 없었다.

 

 

 

갈매나무과이니 대추나무 꽃보다 더 보잘 것 없고 핀다고 해도 활짝 피는 게 아니니

뭐 멋진 그림을 기대했다면 오산이다

그래도 피고 있는 모습을 담고 싶었을 뿐인데....
