까마귀베개(갈매나무과)

산지에 인접한 논두렁을 살피는데 까마귀베개 나무가 줄나라비를 서 있다.

한창 꽃을 피우고 있는데 생각지도 않던 녀석 이게 웬 떡이냐 싶다.

 

제주에서 열매를 만난 적은 있는데

이 녀석은 중부 이북에서는 볼 수 없는 녀석이라 만나기도 쉽지 않지만

꽃을 담을 기회는 더욱이나 희박한 터라 반갑기 짝이 없다.

 

 

 

꽃은 양성으로 2-15개씩 액생하는 취산화서에 달리며 잔털이 있고 화경이 짧으며

화관은 지름 3.5mm이고 황록색이며 소화경은 길이 2-4mm이다.

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

잎은 난상타원형으로 어긋나기이고  표면에 털이 없으며 뒷면은 회록색으로서 맥 위에 잔털이 있고 엽병은 길이 3-8mm이며 탁엽은 작다.

 

 

 

맥위에 잔털이 있다.

 

 

  

 

   

수피는 암갈색으로 회백색의 반점이 있고 어린가지에 털이 약간 있다.
