먹넌출(갈매나무과 망개나무속)

이 녀석을 보려고 그렇게 별렀던 것이다.

헌데 이 늦은 가을날 꽃도 안 보이고 잎도 쭈글거리는 때에 보고싶었다고 고백을 하고 있다.

할미가 되었어도 네 녀석 만나서 이제 가슴앓이가 진정이 되었다고.

 

꽃은 녹백색 원추화서로 가지 끝에 달리는데 갈매나무과 꽃이 그러하듯이 볼품은 없다.

핵과 열매는 타원형이고 녹색 바탕에 붉은빛이 돌며 이듬해 봄에 익는다는데 열매와 꽃을 보려면 두어 번 더 가 봐야 할 것 같다

 

이 녀석과 거의 유사한 청사조란 녀석이 있는데 가장 큰 차이점이 잎이 먹넌출보다 작다는 것이다.

도감에 의하면 청사조는 엽병이 적색을 띠고 잎짬에 털이 있다고 한다. 잎 뒷면의 털에 대한 언급은 없다.

먹넌출은 엽병이 녹색으로 잎자루에 털이 없고 잎 뒷면에는 갈색의 털이 있다.

 

 

 

 

 

만경식물로 옆으로 비스듬히 엉키고 가지는 먹칠을 한 듯이 검은 녹색이 돌며 털이 없다

 

 

 

 

 

표면은 짙은 녹색이고 뒷면은 흰빛이 돌며 맥 위에 갈색 털이 있고 끝이 둔하다

가장자리가 밋밋하고 밑부분이 둥글며 윤채가 있고 엽병은 길이 15~25mm 이다.

잎자루는 털이 없고 꽤 길었다.

 

 

 

 

 

가지는 먹칠을 한 듯이 자록색이 돈다
