복사앵도나무(장미과) 열매

다른 녀석을 보러 힘들게 올랐던 산 자락에 복사앵도나무가 곱게 열매를 익히고 있다.

강원도 석회암 지대에 서식하는 녀석은 복사나무와 앵도나무의 자연 교잡종으로 알려져 있는데

학자에 따라 복사나무와 앵도나무의 교잡종으로, 혹은 복사나무와 벚나무의 교잡종으로 견해를 달리하기도 한다

 

지난 해 열매를 본 적이 있긴 했지만 꽃동무가 꺾어 온 가지 하나를 본 게 고작이었다.

6월의 숲은 풀꽃은 거의 사라졌지만 이렇게 열매를 달고 있어서 또 다른 재미를 준다.
